Anthony Gagliardo has been in the mental health field since 1988. In 1995 in Eugene, Oregon he began ICARUS Counseling, but back then it stood for In Home Assessment, Referral, Unification services. Working with troubled families and gang members.. In 1997 Anthony moved to the Salem area. In 2000, he resigned his position in Grand Ronde as the Director of Social Services and started his private practice, full time.
