Many of my clients seek a counselor who truly understands their struggles—someone who has both personal experience and professional expertise. I bring that unique combination of lived experience and a strong educational background to my practice, allowing me to effectively guide and support you. My goal is to help you navigate life's challenges, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life. Through proven techniques—and a touch of humor—I provide a safe, confidential space where healing and growth can take place. I believe true well-being comes from balance: mental, physical, and spiritual. Together, we can work toward that balance so you can achieve your goals and improve your quality of life. Before You Choose a TherapistBefore selecting a therapist, consider the following:
What are you looking for in a therapist?
What challenges are you currently facing?
What type of therapeutic approach do you prefer?
What expectations do you have for therapy?
A qualified therapist should have significant experience with your specific concerns and the ability to adjust treatment approaches based on your needs. They should hold at least a Master’s Degree, be licensed in your state, and be willing to work within your financial means. If they are not “in-network” with your insurance provider, they should be open to applying for network inclusion. I am contracted with most major insurance providers and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) in Oregon. Additionally, I remain accessible to my clients beyond scheduled sessions via text or email, ensuring ongoing support when needed. If you're ready to begin your journey toward healing and transformation, I invite you to reach out and take the first step.

A word from Anthony Because of our busy lives we may not be the first person to notice we are suffering with a mental illness. Spouses, friends, co-workers and children will notice if we are looking more depressed or acting more anxious. Some examples could be: I notice you haven't quite been yourself lately, you seem to be drinking more alcohol, or smoking more marijuana. You may notice that you are smoking more cigarettes, having violent thoughts or being angry at bed time because someone cut you off on the way to work 12 hours ago. If some of these scenarios sound familiar then it may be time to talk to a counselor, therapist or your primary care doctor. Listen to your loved ones, and pay attention to your intuition.
